1. Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement is to be read in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the Web Site (Terms).

Defined terms in the Terms shall have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy. FUJIFILM NZ Limited (Fujifilm) respects your privacy. Fujifilm (this includes its employees, officers and agents), may collect your personal information, including your name, address, billing and delivery information, email address, gift recipient information and credit card details (as applicable) for the following purposes:

    1. to provide the Service;
    2. to process, fulfil and follow up on your orders or queries
    3. to create and maintain your account;
    4. to provide you with technical support
    5. to provide you with information on your account and the products you purchased from the Service;
    6. to send you promotional information and/or special offers about products and services which Fujifilm thinks may be of interest to you provided at each contact we will give you the opportunity to choose whether you wish to receive further direct communication from Fujifilm.

In addition to the above reasons for collection of information by Fujifilm, in order to tailor Fujifilm’s subsequent communications to you and to continue to improve Fujifilm’s services, Fujifilm may ask you to provide Fujifilm with information about your personal or professional interests, demographics, and product experience. Fujifilm will strive to keep information accurate and you are able to access any personal information stored by Fujifilm about you by contacting so that you can update or correct it. Fujifilm will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Fujifilm will not share your information with business partners without first letting you know, and securing your permission.

2. Disclosure

If Fujifilm is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply the Terms and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fujifilm’s customers, or others, Fujifilm may make such disclosure.

3. Where we store your personal data

All information you provide to Fujifilm is stored on Fujifilm’s secure servers. Fujifilm takes all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Fujifilm will endeavour to place all appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard the security of your information.

When you place an order on the Web Site, your personal information is collected using secure encryption.  To process your debit and credit card payments, Fujifilm uses Paypal.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Fujifilm will do its best to protect your personal data, Fujifilm cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Web Site; as any transmission is at your own risk. Once Fujifilm have received your information, Fujifilm will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

4. Use of cookies

When you visit the Web Site, you can browse the Web Site and access information without revealing your identity. In order to improve the Web Site and the Service, Fujifilm use "cookies" to track your visit. A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification card, and enables Fujifilm to record your user journey while you are shopping at the Web Site. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. Cookies help Fujifilm to improve the Web Site and the Web Service. Once you have completed your purchase with Fujifilm at the Web Site, the cookies are cleared. If you do not complete your order with Fujifilm, any image that you have uploaded and any record of your user journey will be deleted.

However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Web Site and the Web Service.
